Booking with us is a personal thing, you will be speaking to the people who look after the yachts and yourselves once you reach Corfu. This means if you have a question about anything, hopefully we will know the answer! It also means we know all our guests personally and try to give everyone that special touch.
The booking process is easy and there are no complicated forms, we try to do all the bookings via email as this way everyone has a record of the booking. However if you would like to call, our phone is always on.
Once you have agreed on a date and a yacht, one of our team will double check all the options available i.e. airport transfers and paddle board hire etc. To confirm the booking all we ask is for a 20% deposit, which then secures the booking. We will also ask for a crew list and skippers details before you arrive so we can have the paperwork ready to sign.
The final payment is then due 1 month before the charter date (minimum). The security deposit will also be due before you set out on the trip, but our team will explain more about this refundable deposit.
We will be available to talk to at any time before your trip to talk about route plans or any other questions you have. We will also send you reminders of what to bring.
On arrival you will be met by one of our team, who will show you the yacht and answer any questions you may have. They will then talk you through the last bit of paperwork and get it filed with the port authority. Your beds will already be made, your fuel tank full and your fridge will be full (by pre-request), so all you have to do it head out into the bay and enjoy the afternoon breeze!
