NO STRESS

Day Yacht Charters

Experience Corfu from the Sea!

The best way to explore Corfu is by sea and the only way to do it is with your private yacht for the day! If it is someones Birthday, Honeymoon or if you just fancy an unique day out while you are on holiday on Corfu, then we can make it your special day.

Where do we go?
Our routes are fully customised but we would recommend the following options as a basic plan:

Sailing Option 1 - The North East Bays. Suitable for anyone, 8 hours approx.

  • Starting in Gouvia Marina you will meet the skipper and get settled onboard.
  • Normally we head North across the bay from Gouvia, to find a secluded bay on the North East corner of Corfu for swimming or paddle boarding. The trip across the bay is just over an hour so a good chance to relax on the bow or listen to music and enjoy the morning afloat. Depending on what everyone would like to do your skipper will select the best spot.
  • Once refreshed we will find a taverna to enjoy the local specialties for lunch ashore. Depending on if you prefer a busier harbour or a quiet bay we can arrange the best place for lunch. Let us know if you have a taverna in mind or we can show you some of our favourite options.
  • Afterwards enjoy the cruise back under sail (wind dependant) with a drink aboard your own yacht for the day. If we have time we will stop for another swim on the way back.

Please note we do not rush you out of bays or tavernas, if you are having a good time then carry on!

Sailing Option 2 - Corfu Town and Islands. Suitable for anyone, great for younger guests. 8 hours approx.

  • Starting in Gouvia Marina you will meet the skipper and get settled onboard.
  • Head South towards Corfu Town, getting a good look at the most impressive view of the old town. Find a nice anchorage off one of the islands nearby for a swim or paddle board.
  • Once refreshed, head across the bay to a taverna, there are lots of options so let us know what your prefer. If we have wind we will always try to sail as much as we can.
  • After lunch enjoy another swim/paddleboard/snorkel at a nearby bay before sailing towards the marina.
  • Get involved with the sailing as much as you would like.
  • If time we will stop again before going in, for one last swim and a drink onboard.

What are the sailing yachts like?
Depending on how many people you have in the group, we have different size yachts that can take up to 10 people. All our trips are private so don’t worry about squeezing onboard with other groups. You can see all our available yachts on the website on the individual yacht pages.

All our yachts have changing facilities, bathrooms, comfy seating and optional shade. We also have music systems so bring your iPod or device and you can choose the soundtrack for the day.  We provide snacks and refreshments, but feel free to bring your own or get in touch with any requests.

Any age is fine with us, along as parents are aware that they are responsible for their children whilst onboard. We have lifejackets and all the safety systems onboard as well as having all our skippers first aid trained.

As well as Day Sailing Trips we also offer Motor Yacht Day Trips (from 2021). Having a bit more speed gives you the option to go a little further in one day.

All our trips are adaptable so let us know what you would like to do. Here are some base plans:

Motor Yacht Option 1 - The North East Bays. Suitable for anyone. 8 hours approx.

This is a great trip for anyone who loves to swim in quiet bays and enjoy the luxuries of a private motor yacht for the day. The North East is stunning with plenty of options of places to stop.

  • Arrive in Gouvia Marina and meet the skipper, make yourselves at home on your yacht for the day.
  • Head North East to the bays and find a nice place to swim or paddle board. We try to find the most private and quiet spots. Swim for as long as you like, there is no time schedule on our trips.
  • For lunch we usually find a local taverna, either let us know where you prefer or we can recommend one to suit. We try to book this earlier in the day or even before to make sure you have a good table. The North East coast is full of amazing and well known tavernas plus a few little ‘local’ gems.
  • After lunch we will head to another stunning bay on the North East coast, again we try to find the most private to enjoy the peace. Either swim, paddle board, snorkel or just relax onboard.
  • If we have time on the way back we will come past Corfu Old Town to see the best view of the small city from the water.

Motor Yacht Option 2 - Corfu Town and South East Corfu. Suitable for anyone. 8 hours approx.

This trip gives you a chance to relax onboard your own yacht for the day with plenty of time for sunbathing on the bow as well as swimming.

  • Arrive in Gouvia Marina and meet the skipper, make yourselves at home on your yacht for the day.
  • Motor South past the Durrels House (as seen on TV series), then the stunning Corfu Old Town and the two fortress. Anchor off Mon Repos (Prince Phillip’s Birth Place) for a swim or paddle board in the clear waters.
  • Head further South to Petriti where there is a selection of fantastic fish tavernas available. A lot of the fish caught on Corfu comes into this small harbour so it is the freshest place to eat.
  • Once lunch is finished relax back onboard or swim off the yacht before we motor back up the coastline towards Gouvia Marina.
