Ariadne, a Benteau Oceanis 423, is one of our favourite bareboats. With her sailing performance and "private yacht" feel to her, our guests always feel like they are at home. With no big stickers or advertising onboard you really will feel like she is your boat for the week. With three cabins and three heads, as well as a convertable saloon berth, she is well suited to a range of guests. Having the beds pre-made and an optional provisioning service means all you have to do is turn up and cast off the lines, your holiday begins.

Down below there is a seating area comfortable for eight people. Next to the seating is a good size chart table where passage plans can be made, or I-pods charged. There is a sterio system that it linked to inside and outside speakers and connectable via AUX or USB cable. There is also a DSC radio and back up GPS system.
The galley contains two good size sinks, perfect for washing up on an angle. As well as a huge fridge, which is water cooled, keeping your provisions cool all summer.
Each of the cabin has its own heads (bathroom), as well as good storage space for your kit, whilst you are onboard. When packing, if possible bring a stuffable bag or a hard one that you can unpack and leave at our base.
Safety precausions are taken seriously on all our yachts so we have above the required amount of firextinguishers, spares and tools onboard.
Ariadne has 550 ltrs of water onboard and 200 ltrs of fuel so she is well stocked for a week or two sailing around the islands.
Combining her fully batterned, slab reefed Mainsail and a 120% Genoa with her bluewater designed hull means she performs well in any condition you might experience during your trip. With all lines lead aft to the cockpit she is a simple and safe to reef, even short handed. Whilst she is a great yacht to sail, she is also a the perfect place to relax. With a generous cockpit area and deck space you will be able to sit back and enjoy the breeze.
With an outside chart plotter as well as all the relevent charts and navigational equipment getting around the Ionian is easy.
Alot of our guests like to aviod the crowds of the busy harbours, so we have made it easy to find those special places. Having floating long lines onboard makes it easy to moor in small bays where the only noise you will hear is the sea. Another feature is the 3m dinghy with 2.3hp Honda outboard (included in the price). This give you the option to moor in the bay and dinghy to shore. If you have never used one, don't worry as one of our team will demonstrate during the yacht briefing.
Ariadne is available as a bareboat (provided you are qualified to RYA Day Skipper or ICC), or as a skippered charter with one of our friendly and experienced skippers.
You can charter Ariadne for a Day Charter or anything up to three weeks. She has a flexible schedule so charters can be from Mon - Mon, Tues - Tues etc (Subject to availability).
If you have any questions before you come out to Corfu, or while you are there, first check out our Yacht Guide. A small guide on some of the yacht's operating systems and features. Or of course you can get in touch with one of our team in Corfu who will talk you through any questions about any of the yachts.
